Beaver Lake is a community of 90+ homes located in a private corner of Monticello, NY. All the ameneties are right there:

The Facilities

The House
Several interior upgrades have been made recently. Including:
- New self-cleaning oven
- New WiFi-enabled 14,000 BTU air conditioner in living room / kitchen
- New washing machine and dryer
- Window blinds
- Mattresses for each of the eight beds.
- In-wall air conditioners for each of the three bedrooms.
- Great furniture purchased for the "Large Bedroom."
- Great kitchen table and chairs + storage pantry.
- Great table and chairs for the front porch.

The "Small Bedroom," which -- like all bedrooms -- has its own built-in air conditioner. We recently added great (solid!) bunk-beds to this room as well - so now this room sleeps four!

Wide-angle shot of the "Master Bedroom," which has its own entrance from the porch, plus a large desk and office chairs. Flat-panel screens can be used with your laptops, or can be used as HDTVs.

Out on the porch: plenty of room for a table and chairs. Great for hanging out...
